Welcome! I’m Sebastian Broers, technology enthusiast, experienced problem solver, and Head of IT Infrastructure at a mid-sized company in Munich. My passion is designing, optimizing, and connecting complex technological systems into an efficient, high-performance whole.

With more than twenty years of experience in virtualization, systems integration, DevOps, as well as cloud and AI technologies, I build sustainable IT infrastructures that enable companies to realize data-driven innovations securely and at scale.

My Career in IT

My professional career has been shaped by continuous growth and the interplay of technical expertise and strategic thinking.

  • As Head of IT Infrastructure at MORESOPHY, I am now responsible for the stability, security, and future readiness of our entire IT landscape.
  • Previously, as a DevOps Engineer and Systems Architect, I played a key role in the design, implementation, and automation of complex system environments.
  • In parallel, I have been advising companies for over six years as an independent IT consultant – with a focus on systems integration, interface management, and tailored technology solutions.
  • My solid foundation in knowledge transfer and solution design comes from over five years as an IT trainer at WBS GRUPPE, where I prepared future professionals for their roles with hands-on, practical training.
